Beam Angle
What is beam angle?
Beam angle refers to the spread of light being emitted from the light source. Lights with wide beam angle produces a wider, softer light while lights with narrow beam angle produces a sharp, concentrated light. Generally speaking, lights with wider beam angle is suitable for general ambient lighting whereas lights with narrower beam angle is suitable for spotlighting objects in the room.
Wide beam angle = 60 degrees or more
Narrow beam angle = Less than 60 degrees
