Premium LED Technology

This downlight is equipped with a market leading 10W CREE COB (chip-on-board) LED chip that produces a clear, crisp light at up to 982lmlumens (varies based on colour temperature).

With a colour rending index (CRI) of above 90, the Lampada downlight will faithfully enhance the appearance of furnishings, interior surfaces and textiles.

What is Colour Rendering Index?

Colour rendering index is a quantitative measure of a light's ability to reproduce the colors of objects faithfully in comparison with an ideal or natural light source. In general terms, CRI is a measure of a light source's ability to show object colors "realistically" or "naturally" compared to a familiar reference source, either incandescent light or sunlight. Efficiently achieving an acceptable CRI has been the most difficult metric for light bulbs attempting to replace incandescent bulbs.

Diecast Aluminium Body & Heatsink

The entire frame of the downlight is made from diecast aluminium finished in matte colour. The heatsink is also made from the same aluminium to keep heat level to an absolute minimum. Its compact heatsink design also makes the downlight ideal for fitting into small ceiling cavities. 

Anti-Glare Recessed Frame Design

This downlight is equipped with a recessed anti-glare frame, meaning that it significantly reduces glare and provides a comfortable viewing experience.

Flicker Free Driver

Flickering light sources can become a massive headache in video shooting or photo taking environments. A flicker-free driver completely eliminates this issue and ensures the downlight remains flicker free at any frame rate.

5CCT Colour Changing Technology

Another new technology introduced in this new model is a 5CCT colour changing technology, which allows users to switch between 2700K / 3000K / 4000K / 5000K / 5700K. This will allow you to dial in the perfect colour temperature for your environment.
