Yes — some LED oyster lights are outdoor-rated, but you must check the IP rating. 

• IP44 = suitable for covered outdoor areas (alfresco / under eaves) 
• IP54 / IP65 = suitable for exposed outdoor locations 

It depends on the room: 

• Warm White (2700K–3000K): bedrooms, living rooms, relaxation zones 
• Neutral White (3500K–4500K): kitchens, hallways, general indoor use 
• Daylight (5000K–6500K): garages, workspaces, security brightness 

Some are, some aren’t — dimming depends on: 

• whether the fitting is labelled dimmable 
• whether you’re using a compatible LED dimmer 

Yes — you can choose: 

• oyster lights with built-in motion sensor 
• or add an external sensor (depending on wiring/setup)
